24 and 25 Mar: Giornata FAI di Primavera. XV edizione (FAI Spring Weekend. 15th edition)
Rome is one of 200 Italian cities taking part in this extraordinary weekend-long event. Over 500 monuments across the country that are normally closed to the public will open their doors. Also on offer are guided walks around archaeological sites, ancient towns and villages. For more information and the list of all participating venues check out the FAI's website from 14th March onwards.

Teatro Palladium, piazza B. Romano, 8. Info 0657067761
From 7 to 15 Mar: La Bossa Fataka di Rameau (Rameau's Bossa Fataka)
Using imaging, projection, montage and collage techniques, Montalvo and Hervieu's creations are extravagant and full of whimsical fantasy, special effects, flying carpets and magic. Playing a subtle game in which the old and the contemporary reinforce one another, clarify one another and have a multiplying effect, Josè Montalvo and Dominique Hervieu invite us to enter the wonderland that is Rameau's music, his planet of gentle yet extravagant euphoria, his hedonistic utopia.
